A Mum & Baby Yoga class stimulates all the senses for baby, gives mum a good stretch and starts to rebuild strength, as well as having some gorgeous fun bonding time with baby.

Who is the class suitable for?

As long as you are recovering well, the class is designed to welcome mums after 6 weeks postpartum. If you are pre-6 weeks or had complications, please contact Helen.

The class is suitable until baby is actively crawling off your mat as during these times, we need to ensure baby is on your mat during the class.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring your own mat and a little blanket to lie baby on. A couple of little toys are also handy to distract baby!
