MUM & BABY YOGA
Have fun with baby as you practice yoga together! Strengthen your core, back, pelvic floor, and open up tight shoulders & hips. Both online & in-person.

5 WEEK POSTNATAL RECOVERY PROGRAM
This is a Pre-Recorded course. Strengthen your body & soothe your soul after having a baby, with Yoga, Pelvic Floor restoration workshop, Diastasis Recti to 'close' your abdominal gap, as well as meditations and relaxations.

Baby was born on her due date at 3:50am! Labour was fast and surprising and amazing. The golden spool of thread breath was my lifeline to get through the contractions! I walked and did hip circles. I was on all fours in the comfort of my living room.
