Meet Your Trainer

Hi 👋 My name is Helen and I'm a PT, Online Fitness Coach and Yoga Instructor. I'm also a busy mom of 3 energetic boys so I understand just how challenging it can be to prioritize your own health & wellness.

I've been fortunate enough to combine my career with my passion for fitness. I found my love for fitness as a child and have been running, playing sports of all kinds and working out since! As a bonus I now get to help amazing ladies just like you achieve goals they never before thought possible!

I've had the pleasure of seeing clients' growing their confidence, boost their health, and get their strength & fitness back through my fitness classes and PT offerings.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

FRESH START

  • Group Online 6-Week Program:
    • 3 x 30 min Full Body Workouts each week
    • All accessible from App on your phone
    • Each week = Fresh Workouts!
    • Suitable for all levels 
    • All Workouts can be done at a time that suits you - from home or gym
    • Nutritional Guidance via Videos, PDFs, Recipe Suggestions, Weekly Targets if you choose to count calories
    • Weekly Live calls with Helen to discuss Nutrition, Lifestyle, Exercise or anything else!
    • Accountability - I watch everything you are doing...there is no hiding!!
  • Equipment: All you need is 2 sets of Dumbbells to get going - 1 light set (2-3kgs) & 1 heavier set (4-5kgs). If you have any resistance bands, they can be incorporated too 
  • Check-Ins: Each week we will meet for 15 mins on video to discuss your progress & answer questions
  • Places are limited and will not open again for at least 3 months!

 I'd lost my discipline and needed that kick to get me going again. I loved the workouts and having them in my calendar made me commit to doing them instead of watching Netflix all evening, which had become a habit. Our weekly chats always put me back on track. The program wasn't necessarily about a body transformation for me, I wanted to trim up a little, but it was more about getting stronger and being midful of how I fuel my body.

I'd been stuck in a cycle of overeating that I couldn't break and this program made me more accountable. I'm looking forward to seeing what the next months program brings! Thanks again!
