SUMMER SESSIONS

Join me this summer for two classes per week to build strength, tone and fitness.

Class 1 is Power Yoga, a challenging Yoga class designed to build strength and stretch deeply! It is quite athletic in nature, but I provide amendments for all abilities.

Class 2 is Full Body Sweat, a fitness-led class using dumbbells or Kettlebells, and if you have one, a resistance band too.

Give me 40 minutes twice a week over the summer & I can promise to increase your strength & fitness, and we'll have lots of fun too ;-)

Classes are recorded and available for the month.

POWER YOGA 

The class is a balance of strong, flowing poses, as we build overall body strength, in particular the back, core abdominals, leg and glute and shoulders muscles. 

Even though the class is strong, there are lots of alternatives given and opportunities to rest. You can push yourself if you are feeling like a challenge, or ease off and go a little gentler if you aren’t feeling it! We end the class with a gorgeous relaxation. 

FULL BODY SWEAT 

 Work the full-body here with a mix of body weight exercises and some small equipment. Through dumbbells, kettlebells and bands, we'll sculpt the body, bringing definition and strength, as well as increase your cardiovascular fitness!

All abilities will be catered for as there will be low impact & easier versions available.

Who is it suitable for?

A basic level of fitness or yoga practice is all you need. We get strong together and absolutely everyone takes it at their own pace as I always offer alternatives for each pose and an opportunity to rest too.

This class is not suitable for pregnancy or the early postnatal days.
