5 - Week New Mama Postnatal Recovery Program

Be the best New Mama you can be as you:

  • regain a strong body - specifically your back, core muscles, and pelvic floor
  • feel reenergized, allowing you to cope with the demands of a little baby
  • be calm & relaxed in the mind & soul
  • dedicate time to yourself, so you can be the best version of you!

In total during this program, you'll have access to more than 2 and a half hours of suitable and safe Yoga & exercise sequences, designed for the PostNatal body. And you'll receive 1 blissful hour of meditations and relaxations to help soothe your mind and help you be the best mother possible. You'll also enjoy a specific Pelvic Floor Restoration session to ensure you are healing and strengthening from the inside out - the most important piece of your recovery!


Here's how you could be feeling by the end of each week:

Week 1 - your body and mind will begin to feel nurtured and soothed through gorgeous relaxations & yoga, so that you can be the best version of yourself, in these tiring but beautiful moments.
Week 2 - you will have started the process of healing and strengthening the whole Pelvic Floor hammock of muscles, and will progress on your yoga journey with suitable strengthening exercises.
Week 3 - feel empowered to have begun your Core and Back strengthening journey post baby's arrival, allowing you to feel strong again
Week 4 - you will be calm in the mind and energised in the body by the end of this week, allowing you to become a happier, stronger & more relaxed Mama
Week 5 - have had some fun, one-on-one time with baby as you both practice a Mama & Baby Yoga class together, as well as more physical and challenging yoga just for you! You'll also be perfectly relaxed and calm as you face the evening with our soothing meditative relaxation.


Each week you receive new progressive Yoga Sequences, designed to build strength week-on-week. By the end of the wonderful Postnatal Recovery Program, you will be strong in the body and mind once again, allowing you to feel nurtured, restored and more like yourself. You'll be able to be the best Mama you can be, and enjoy your little bundle! 

You can join the NurtureMamas course at any time once you have had the all-clear from your medical care practitioner. Please note if you have Diastasis Recti or other Pelvic Floor trauma, this course is NOT suitable. Please start with the Diastasis Recti Restore Program
