Prenatal Yoga Online - a class to suit your every need

Whether you are looking for a yoga class to energize you, relieve your back pain, prepare your body for labour, or help you get to sleep at night, then you've found it here at NurtureMamas!

You can access each class whenever suits you, at any time of day or night. If you are struggling to get out to a yoga class, can't find a babysitter, or you prefer to do your own thing, you can find it all here.

There are 5 sequences available to you so you can do each one separately, or mix and match them together, depending on how you are feeling:

  1. Energising Sequence - strengthen and stretch out the whole body
  2. Gentle Sequence - for those early days, or just when the energy is a bit low
  3. Core Strengthener - incredibly important to improve posture and protect the pregnant body from future pain and discomfort
  4. Alleviate Back Pain & Back Strengthener - probably the most popular class! Melt away tension in the back...
  5. Yoga for Sleep - drift off to sleep after this gorgeous releasing and relaxing sequence

In total, you can enjoy 80 minutes of safe, blissful, energizing and fun prenatal yoga with me! I'm a Pre & Postnatal Yoga and Fitness Specialist, (and a mama myself!), so know exactly  what your body and mind needs :)

Practising Yoga during pregnancy is an amazing & incredibly powerful way of preparing your body and mind for a kick-a*s labour and birth ;-)
