Competition

Terms & Conditions ("the Terms") applicable to the Seafield Golf & Spa Hotel prize competition ("the Competition") 1. The Competition is organised by NurtureMamas.com ("NurtureMamas"). By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms. 2. The Competition is open to residents of Ireland aged 18 or over. Employees and agents of NurtureMamas and their associated companies (including the families of such employees and agents) are not eligible to enter the Competition, nor is anyone connected with the Competition. The eligibility of any entrant is at NurtureMamas sole discretion. 3. All entries must be received by NurtureMamas by 11.59pm on February 16th, 2017. The winner will be announced on Friday 17th February 2017. 4. Each entrant must enter their email address and Like the NurtureMamas Facebook page. No purchase necessary. On entry to the Competition, each entrant agrees to sign up to the NurtureMamas email list. 5. NurtureMamas does not assume any responsibility, and cannot accept any liability, for lost, damaged or incomplete Website entries or any technical fault or failed electronic data transmission. Any and all such entries will be deemed invalid. Proof of despatch shall not be proof of entry. 6. The prize-winner will be selected at random. NurtureMamas reserves the right to request written proof of age or identity of any entrant before they may claim a prize. 7. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. 8. The one night stay with dinner, for up to 2 people at Seafield Golf & Spa Hotel must be booked before 31st March 2017, and taken before 30th June 2017. The prize is not valid from 18th - 26th February; 17th - 19th March; 14th - 17th April 2017. 9. The prize-winner will be notified by email on the day of the draw. 10. The name of the prize-winner may be used in publicity by NurtureMamas and/or Seafield Golf & Spa Hotel. 11. By entering the Competition, entrants agree that NurtureMamas may use their personal data for administrative purposes connected with the Competition and that NurtureMamas and Seafield may contact entrants (including by email) for such purposes. 12. Seafield Golf & Spa Hotel has not sponsored this prize. 13. These Terms shall be governed by Irish law and, in the event of any dispute, NurtureMamas and each entrant hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
