What to do next?

1. Once you purchase, please email Helen to send your postal address to receive your course pack - [email protected]. 

2. Please then download the Zoom app to your mobile or desktop device. It is called 'Zoom Cloud Meetings'. Log on 5 minutes before the class starts to ensure it is working properly.

3. Please fill in this Registration & Medical Clearance form before your first class. Without it I'm afraid I won't be able to send on the zoom link. You will not be able to attend any of the classes without filling this in, thank you.
