Hey, well done for investing in your Empowering Birth journey!

I'm so excited for you that you have invested in yourself, in your upcoming birth experience!
I'm assuring you that any fear you have will be dispelled as we work together to empower and educate you.

If you got in early, then keep an eye out in your email for the access details to the Pregnancy Wellness & Empowering Birth Online Summit 2020, as well as your workbook, which will arrive a few days before the event.

Here's what to do before the workshop starts:
1. Download or print your workbook so you can be ready to fill it in during the workshop
2. If you have a birthing ball / exercise ball, make sure you blow it up all the way. Or ideally purchase one as they are amazing to use during labour.
3. Get a large scarf / pashmina ready as a tool (you'll find out more during the workshop).
4. Be in a learning mindset with no distractions.

I truly cannot wait to share with you all my years of knowledge, tips and experience which has allowed me to give birth naturally three times, and help more than 1,000 women to do the same!
