This is a challenging Yoga class designed to build strength and stretch deeply! It is quite athletic in nature, and even though its base is yoga, there are some fitness elements included.
YOGA FLOW CLASS
The class is a balance of strong, flowing poses, as we build overall body strength, in particular the back, core abdominals, leg and glute and shoulders muscles.
Even though the class is strong, there are lots of alternatives given and opportunities to rest. You can push yourself if you are feeling like a challenge, or ease off and go a little gentler if you aren’t feeling it! We end the class with a beautiful deep relaxation.

Who is it suitable for?
A basic level of fitness or yoga practice is all you need. To give you an idea, most people in this class have practised yoga with me either during their pregnancy or at a postnatal class. We get strong together and absolutely everyone takes it at their own pace as I always offer alternatives for each pose and an opportunity to rest too.
This class is not suitable for pregnancy or the early postnatal days.
