A Mum & Baby Yoga class stimulates all the senses for baby, gives mum a good stretch and starts to rebuild strength, as well as having some gorgeous fun bonding time with baby.

Who is the class suitable for?
This is a complete PostNatal Yoga course, building week on week. As long as you are recovering well, the class is designed to welcome mums after 6 weeks postpartum. If you have had a c-section birth or a complicated birth, please seek the advice of your physio, or get in touch with me directly. If you are pre-6 weeks or had complications, please contact Helen.
The class is suitable until baby is actively crawling off your mat.
Each class is RECORDED so you can have access to the class for the week. This is useful to take it again, particularly if baby is asleep or unsettled during class :)
What do I need to bring?
Please bring your own mat and a little blanket to lie baby on. A couple of little toys are also handy to distract baby!
