YOGA IN PREGNANCY WILL...
Did you know that:
“Yoga helps to increase vaginal delivery rate, decrease premature delivery rate, reduce birth weight, shorten the first stage of labor and the second stage of labour. Yoga has no negative impact on the fetus”
Rong et al (2020)
"Our beautiful little girl Ríona arrived in time for Christmas. It all happened a bit quick as I had done lots of walking, and climbing stairs. Used my ball and of course the amazing breathing techniques you taught me. I’ll never forget the amazing work you did for me in helping me prepare for the birth. Love and hugs"

"Just wanted to let you know that baby Hannah was born on Sunday. She was 7lb 8oz. All very quick again!! All the lunges and hip circles moved baby down and I dilated very quickly. I just want to say thanks for your brilliant yoga and all your advice. You're great at what you do! I really do appreciate the service you provide - the yoga was just invaluable for both my pregnancies! Thanks again"

"Hi Helen, I’ve been looking forward for months to this moment. Went into labor on my due date naturally. Baby Lucia was born yesterday morning at 4:18am weighing 6lbs 15oz after three pushes and 12 hours of hip circles and lunges.Thank you! xxxx"

WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR A CLASS?
You will need to bring your own mat plus water to each class. You can bring a cushion with you as well to class for comfort if you wish. At home, you can support yourself with as many cushions and pillows as you need.
WHAT STAGE IS BEST TO PRACTICE YOGA?
I ask that all women are at least 12 weeks pregnant to attend my class, as yours and your baby’s body are undergoing great physical adaptation until this stage. You can, and should, practice yoga right up until the day you give birth, and I’ve even had women in early labour in my classes before!
One class a week is great, but two is even more beneficial.
