Join us IN-PERSON for our Postnatal Fitness course; an exercise program to get fit and strong from the inside out, with a particular focus on the Core and Pelvic Floor Muscles!
Get ready for some serious fun! Bring baby to class but focus on YOU!
The first 4-week block of classes starts on Wednesday 13th October at 10am - 10:45am.
Class will run on 4 consecutive Wednesdays in the Applewood Community Centre. There is free parking onsite :-)
Classes are non-refundable.
