Postnatal Yoga 1: This session is suitable in the early days and weeks after having a baby. A short and powerful 5 minute class focused on abdominal breathing and gentle core restoring exercises.
Postnatal Yoga 2: 3 exercises designed to be practised after Postnatal Yoga level 1, focused on increasing core strength. Only 5 minutes in length and super powerful.
Postnatal Yoga 3: Nurturing Sequence - 20 minute class to gently open the shoulders, back and hips, to relieve tension.
