Over an 8-Week Period you will receive:
* 5 Day Food Diary Analysis - at the start of the 8 weeks
* Weekly Targets based on 8-week goal, set together. Targets do not have to be calories - there are other ways!
* Nutrition goals can be Fat Loss / to support your Running or Exercise goal / to ensure well-balanced health at your life stage e.g. in Peri/Menopause
* Education via Video, PDF & weekly personal tips & guidance delivered during checkins-personalized for you
* Weekly check-ins - alternating live video 15-minute calls on Fridays & voicenotes/texts on the app every other week
* Recipe suggestions but NOT food plans - Helen educates & empowers you so that you can plan your own meals and have the education to decide for yourself!
* You will be held accountable each week via check-ins!
8-Week - intake starts Saturday 23rd August 2025 to onboard & day 1 food diary from Sunday 24th.
First Check-ins Friday 29th August.
Final day Saturday 18th October.
