3 Postnatal Yoga Classes 

What's included:

  • 3 short sessions for the early days and weeks. Designed to be done in chronological order.

  • Postnatal Yoga 1: This session is suitable in the early days and weeks after having a baby. A short and powerful 5 minute class focused on abdominal breathing and gentle core restoring exercises.

  • Postnatal Yoga 2: 3 exercises designed to be practised after Postnatal Yoga level 1, focused on increasing core strength. Only 5 minutes in length and super powerful.

  • Postnatal Yoga 3: Nurturing Sequence - 20 minute class to gently open the shoulders, back and hips, to relieve tension.

Diastasis Recti Restore

What's included:

  • 10 specific exercises designed to help close your 'abdominal separation' (Diastasis Recti D.R.) post pregnancy
  • D.R. is a separation of the main abdominal muscles at the front of the abdomen. Symptoms may include back or pelvic pain, mild incontinence, or just having a stubborn 'pooch' belly 

  • This program is a set of 10 easy to follow video exercises. You can progress as you feel strong enough.

'Soothe Your Baby & Relax Together' Workshop

This gentle workshop is for you if you feel your new baby is a little unsettled, visibly uncomfortable at times, perhaps holding tension, wind or cramps in their little belly and needs a little extra help soothing their needs.

We'll be combining gentle moves to calm baby, ease their tummy, and also calm Mama so you can both relax together.

Spaces will be limited for this workshop.
